Procedure Qualifications

Weld Management specializes in creating quality welds, attention to detail, and helping you develop a quality welded product. The CWI’s at Weld Management who administer Procedure Qualification Records (PQRs) and develop Welding Procedure Specifications (WPSs) are all highly skilled welders as well. We are able to aid in the development of difficult welding situations or specialized welding processes, exotic metals and cryogenic fabrication.

Pricing and Deliverables

Weld Management can assist you from start to finish in development, and with any code or specification. Package deals are available, and prices range due to the involvement of testing required for that specific code or specification. Depending on the level of involvement needed we can help prepare you for difficult tests and review blue prints, and documents for upcoming jobs you may be bidding on to let you know what procedures you would need to develop to be able to complete your task. Turnaround time on most PQR/WPS combos is from 5-7 business days depending on the amount of testing involved.
